How do you book a yacht at Azul Sailing?
The selection process, the booking and the (down) payment of a yacht for your holiday is safe and simple at Azul Sailing. Just follow the below mentioned steps.
Step 1: Choosing a yacht
Choose one of the yachts best matching your wishes. You'll find an information form under “information and bookings“ on the home page (or click here). Fill it in and send this form to us. As soon as possible we'll let you know whether the yacht is available. We will also, bearing in mind special offers and discounts confirm the final price.
Step 2: The booking form
When you agree with our offer, you will need to send us an email confirming your booking, whereupon we send you the following information:
- A booking form;
- Our bank details;
- Our terms and conditions.
Step 3: 50% down payment
After returning the booking form completed and signed and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, it will be necessary to make a deposit of 50% of the rent of the boat. While making this deposit you will need to mention your booking number. Extra expenses, like cleaning and the presence of a skipper, can be paid for on the day that you go on board. If we haven't received your down payment within 3 working days after submission of your booking form, your reservation on the concerning yacht will be cancelled.
Step 4: Contract
Only after receiving the booking form and the down payment of 50% your booking is definite. After this we'll send you your contract by mail or email.
Step 5: 2nd payment
A month before your holiday we'll remind you of your second payment. After receiving this, we'll send you by email all the information that will simplify the “boarding“, like an overview map of the harbour and the name and telephone number of the contact person or skipper.
